Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?

Our food is all made in our little bakehouse where we use a lot of flour, so we can’t guarantee that any item is completely gluten-free. Some pastries we call “low-gluten”, but we recommend asking our team before ordering if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. We currently don’t offer dedicated vegan items—our focaccia is usually the only naturally vegan option, though this can vary.

When is the best time to visit?

We’re open Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Weekdays tend to be more chill, while weekends the queue tends to be longer. Most of our viennoiserie and pastries are ready right at 8:00 AM, and sandwiches start rolling out around 8:30 AM for breakfast and 10:00 AM for lunch (mainly Friday through Sunday).

Do you have a menu online?

Our menu changes frequently—sometimes daily—based on the season and what’s available from our local farmers and purveyors. We post current offerings in-shop and often share highlights on Instagram or through our email list.

Are dogs allowed?

We love our furry friends! Only service animals are allowed inside the bakehouse, but leashed pups are welcome to hang out in the outdoor seating area.

Is the bakehouse wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Please use the side ramp, and don’t hesitate to buzz us if you need extra assistance.

Do you sell loaves of bread?

We’re currently baking bread but mostly for our sandwiches. We hope to offer retail loaves sometime soon.

Can I place a pre-order or request delivery?

At this time, we’re unable to take any custom orders, wholesale, or delivery requests. Pre-orders are available only for seasonal holiday items. Everything else is baked fresh daily and sold first-come, first-served.goes here

Do you make custom cakes?

At this time, we’re not able to take on custom or special-order cakes. Our space and team are small, so we more focus on giving all our attention to our current menu offerings.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We have physical gift cards available in the bakehouse and e-gift cards online.

Can I buy merchandise online?

We don’t yet have an online shop, but you can usually find totes and other small items in-store.

Do you ship your pastries or king cakes?

Not yet, we’re unable to ship pastries or king cakes due to freshness and handling limitations. We hope to offer merchandise shipping in the future, but shipping baked goods is still a ways off.
