Lagniappe Bakehouse is a Black-owned neighborhood bakery and café in Central City, New Orleans. Founded by pastry chef Kaitlin Guerin and filmmaker Lino Asana. Our goal is to provide a nostalgic pastry experience that celebrates the South through local, seasonal ingredients and community.
